About the Role:

As a Sales Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our sales operations running smoothly. You’ll be at the heart of the action—handling orders, managing stock, liaising with customers, and ensuring our business runs like a well-oiled machine!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing a busy inbox & answering calls with confidence
  • Processing sales orders with precision
  • Ordering & booking in stock, plus monitoring stock levels
  • Handling customer queries & complaints professionally
  • Running reports & maintaining Excel spreadsheets
  • Holding NPI meetings & assisting with invoicing
  • Working closely with Sales, Production & Transport teams to ensure seamless operations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in Sales Administration (manufacturing experience is a plus!)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • Proactive, detail-focused, and highly organized
  • Excellent communication skills—written & verbal
  • A true team player with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks & meet deadlines
