Sales Administrator

Salary Range: £25,000 to £35,000 per annumLocation: Greater London AreaStart Date: 14th April 2025Job Type: Permanent – Office basedWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales orders from confirmation to successful fulfilment and delivery.
  • Oversee daily communication with key clients, manage major projects, and ensure effective client communication.
  • Control key project documents including sales order confirmations, artwork, product designs, and supporting documents.
  • Liaise with customers and internal staff across the business.
  • Support senior business development staff with selected clients, artwork creation, order processing, and fulfilment.
  • Attend weekly packing schedule meetings.
  • Regularly monitor and review production schedules with workshop management.
  • Provide input to sales team on client proposals and attend weekly sales meetings.
  • Monitor and manage customer complaints to ensure successful resolution.
  • Drive operational improvements to reduce issues, increase productivity and efficiency, achieve cost savings, and grow profits.
  • Administer Salesforce, ensuring forecasting, leads, and opportunities are up to date. Liaise with Account Managers to ensure contact details are correct. Perform weekly data cleanses and work closely with marketing and brand teams to maintain the database. Attend weekly enquiries meetings.

Personal Qualities and Experience:

  • Responsive and professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous eye for detail and process-driven, ideally with an understanding of ISO9001.
  • 3-5 years of sales administration experience, preferably in the luxury or manufacturing sector, managing high-value client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Strong MS Office skills and CRM experience, preferably Salesforce, but not essential. Previous experience administering a CRM database is required.
  • Based in the London area with the ability to travel to the workshop five days per week. Occasional meetings in central London.
  • Potential to work hybrid and work from home two days per week following the probation period.
