Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a temporary role where you can make a difference? We are seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join our clients team and support their HR function. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about people and human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees on a range of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening applications, and conducting interviews.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all employees.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Help implement HR initiatives and programmes that enhance employee engagement and performance.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with legal and company policies.
  • Stay updated on employment law changes and best practises to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practises.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • CIPD Level 3 and above
