Romax Solutions are recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer
Due to growth and expansion of our company, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to help us support multiple accounts which are growing rapidly.
The Resourcer will report to the Senior Account Manager, and work alongside our team of recruiters.
Previous recrutiing expereince or experience handling customer queries are desired but not essential.
Salary & Benefits 21,000 - 25,000 (Depending on experience)
Duties will include;
- Resourcing candidates for open vacancies
- Advertise new jobs daily, renew adverts on all job boards.
- Use databases and job boards to source potential candidates for confirmed vacancies
- Work closely with multiple accounts to ensure targets are met.
- Work with your team account managers to ensure all jobs are filled with appropriate candidates
- Register new candidates daily ensuring they are all compliant
- Screen all CVs and applicants. This includes reference checking new starters
- Answer phones and respond to questions and queries from candidates and potential candidates
- Liaise with FM Team and have a good understanding of all their contracts
- Maintain a relationship with Colleagues & Clients currently working for Romax Site Services
- Ensure all emails are organised and maintained
- Maintain and update databases
- Basic administrative tasks

- Ability to prioritise and use your time effectively and efficient
