TSA Surveying is seeking Stock Condition and RdSAP Surveyors for a 6-month contract starting November 4th in the Brentwood area.
The role is outside IR35, with surveyors being paid per survey at rates ranging from £250 to £350 per day.
Surveyors will be required to complete approximately 50+ surveys weekly, totaling over 2000 properties.
Full training will be provided, and applicants should be prepared to work full time, 4 to 5 days a week.

All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software.

Outside IR35 role
Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats - Very Good Rates - 250 to 350 a day
Over2000properties to be surveyed
Properties located in/aroundthe Brentwood area
Team of 5 surveyors required - refer a friend for a JOB!
ID Badges, calling cards, large property lists provided and letter of authority for the door knocking properties.
6 MONTH CONTRACT - possible extension.
Full time only - 4/5 days a week and around 50+ surveys to be completed weekly.
Full training provided
