Academics have partnered with a superb primary school in Thurrock, Essex who are recruiting Learning Support Assistant for this academic year to start ASAP. This wonderful opportunity will provide you with first-hand classroom experience as a Learning Support Assistant.
This school is seeking enthusiastic learners who are looking to develop their own skills, as well as the skills of their students. Our schools provide training on the job, and have fantastic leadership teams who are willing to support you during your time with them.

The successful Primary Learning Support Assistant must:
- Have a degree grade (2:2 or above)
- Have strong subject knowledge within English Maths and Science (GCSE A* - C)
- Be passionate about supporting children with their learning
- The ability to keep children engaged and motivated
- Be enthusiastic, friendly and confident
- Be able to commit for the academic year until July 2024
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team
- Have strong communication skills
- Have good behaviour management skills
- A commitment to helping children reach their full potential
