A mainstream primary school are looking to hire a passionate SEN TA for a young girl in reception who has ODD. This is an ideal position for a psychology/criminology (or similar degree) graduate.

Candidates with relevant SEN experience will also be considered!

The girl requires help with staying on task and completing her learning objectives. She is a kind and polite young girl who struggles with her concentration.

This is a fantastic opportunity for any psychology graduate to work alongside the therapists and psychologists based on-site at school. You will gain invaluable experience working with special needs and mental health issues.

The primary school is looking for a Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant who can bring enthusiasm, passion and experience to the classroom.

Key responsibilities within the role:

  • Providing support for individual students inside and outside the classroom to enable them to fully participate in activities
  • Building and maintaining successful relationships with students, whilst treating them with respect and consideration
  • Have the highest expectation that every student will make sustained academic and personal progress
  • Ensure that every pupil is ready for the next steps in their learning and is supported to participate and contribute to
