Required:
- NEBOSH General Certificate and or Construction Certificate or equivalent.
- Membership of IOSH or equivalent.
- Knowledge of ISO 45001 & HSG65
- Working knowledge of The Construction (Design and Management Regulations (CDM).
- Knowledge of fire regulations, hazardous substances, working at height and occupational health.
- Internal auditing experience.
- Experience in a health, safety & wellbeing role (ideally in a high-risk environment).
- Ability to conduct on-site inspections (construction sites).
- Ability to complete SSiP accreditation audits (CHAS & Achilles)
- Ability to conduct Incident, Accident & Near Miss investigations.
- Coach, mentor, advise and guide on-site teams.
- Ability to monitor Company H&S training matrix and book refresher courses.
- Full clean driving licence
Desirable:
- NEBOSH Diploma or working towards or equivalent qualification
- NEBOSH Fire Certificate
- Harness inspection qualified
- Ability to conduct Face fit testing
- Mental Health first Aider
