For the successful Customer Service Advisor our client is offering:

  • Starting salary of £25,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday 8.30 am till 5.00 pm
  • Permanent position
  • 20 days + Bank Holidays

The role - Customer Service Advisor :

  • Responsible for managing inbound calls and providing a high level of customer service 
  • Handling a range of inquiries and providing quotations to customers 
  • The taking and processing of orders within a timely manner 
  • Manage and take ownership of any complaints from customers 
  • Administer emails and respond to customers via telephone and written methods where necessary 

What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Advisor :

  • Previous customer service experience within an office/call centre environment - ESSENTIAL
  • Experience working with customer complaints/problem solving - ESSENTIAL
  • Good MS Office Literacy - ESSENTIAL
  • Confident communicator and the ability to work with minimal supervision 
  • Able to cope under pressure in a call-handling environment
