Our client, a leading organisation in the aerospace sector, is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to support the transition to a new medical database. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, ensuring the seamless management of administrative tasks related to medical appointments and employee records.
Responsibilities:
• Booking employee medical appointments.
• Preparing employee case files for clinicians, ensuring adherence to clinical and privacy protocols.
• Managing and maintaining the daily clinic diary for multiple clinicians, including nurses, doctors, and physiotherapists.
• Confirming appointment dates and times with employees' managers.
• Checking and aligning employee data within internal organisation tables.
• Ensuring the correct information relating to appointments is recorded and updating/correcting where necessary.
• Sending SMS appointment reminders.
• Saving contact information in employee folders to ensure an auditable trail.
• Adding information notes for clinicians.
• Assisting with reception enquiries.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency in IT systems.
• Experience using Google Suite & Microsoft Office.
• Prior experience working with databases.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
