Responsibilities:

Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.

Prepare and present high-quality dishes.

Ensure kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.

Contribute to menu planning and development.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.

Excellent culinary skills and a passion for food.

Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Salary 28,000 - 32,000 DOE
Hours 35/45 Per week dependent on season
+ Up to 2000 Anually in tips!
+ Two Weekends off a month!
