Robert Half Talent Solutions are seeking a Financial Accountant for a very flexible employer in Bridgend.
The role will be working with the team to produce the financial accounts and act as audit liaison. You'll have responsibility for maintenance of the fixed assets of the organisation.

The overall purpose of the Financial Accountant role is to:
- support the financial processes and procedures of the business, ensuring a high level of accuracy in all work performed.
- Support with the delivery of accurate and timely management information, including being a
key contributor to the delivery of the monthly management accounts and performance information.
- Deliver accurate and complete reconciliations of all fixed asset related balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis, including intangible assets and work in progress.
- Work closely with other departments within the business,to ensure that all revenue and capital expenditure is captured, accounted for and expensed/depreciated accurately in line with policy.
- Lead on the monthly balance sheet control process ensuring all reconciliations are performed to a high standard.
- Responsibility for the preparation of the annual statutory accounts from trial balance to final signed accounts.
- Work collaboratively with managers and leaders across the business; building strong positive relationships and developing a culture of high trust and high accountability.
Salary of £43,000 with flexible, hybrid working, generous pension and holidays
