We are looking for part-time staff who are active, motivated and want to make a positive impact on people's lives? Rise Cardiff, Newport & Bridgend are seeking enthusiastic individuals to deliver our revolutionary Seated Sports sessions (4-20 hours per week).

Rise.Life is dedicated to improving the wellbeing and fitness of both adults and children in Cardiff, Newport & Bridgend. Our unique seated sports programme enables participants to experience the excitement of sports while playing and competing together, regardless of their mobility or cognitive needs. Our programmes are crafted by industry experts to deliver the most enjoyable and engaging experiences for our clients. We provide thorough training to ensure you can lead fantastic sessions every time.

Our sessions, though often held in care environments, focus solely on the enjoyment and engagement of participants, therefore you will not be expected to do any care duties. Care staff from the venues attend these sessions and are on hand should any Clients need help.

Activity Leader Responsibilities

? Prepare sports sessions by setting up equipment in advance.

? Conduct engaging sports sessions across various care settings.

? Provide clear instructions and guidance to participants.

? Foster a fun and competitive atmosphere for all attendees.

? Maintain records of participant attendance.

? Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive and positive environment.

? Pack up equipment after sessions.
