This newly created position will be an integral part of our team as we embark on the next phase of our journey.

Drive Amazon channel growth, optimise customer experiences and help lead our team to success in the dynamic and changing world of eCommerce.
You will be crucial in developing and implementing effective strategies, managing multiple Amazon marketplaces, and driving channel growth. You must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, problem-solving proficiency, and a deep understanding of eCommerce marketing and analytics.
Knowledge and understanding of the Amazon platform, its algorithm, eco system and best practices is essential for success in this role. Good understanding of Amazon PPC is also highly desired, although not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies and plans aligned with business objectives to drive online sales growth.
- Manage, maintain, and update the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience for customers.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business growth.
- Utilise industry best practices, emerging technologies, and digital marketing techniques to optimize the e-commerce website's performance.
- Analyse data, including web analytics and customer insights, to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Developing Strategies for new product launches.
- Conducting keyword research using tools such as Helium10 or Data Dive, in order to help optimise our listings.
- Assisting with execution of PPC campaigns and ensuring that the campaigns align with our strategies.
- Liaising with our FBA & Inventory team, to ensure that our products are always kept in stock.
- Prepare regular reports on the performance of the e-commerce platform, including key metrics, sales trends, customer behaviour, and campaign effectiveness.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest marketplace trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure optimal account performance.
