Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting for a Business Development Executive in Bridgend for a hyper growth company. In this role, you will proactively engage with potential new customers, follow up on warm leads, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs. This is a hybrid role where you must be able to travel to Bridgend once a week on a Tuesday. If you have a strong background in outbound B2B sales, a consultative approach to selling, and a track record of exceeding sales targets, we want to hear from you!  Responsibilities & day to day duties As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:
  • Proactively identify and engage with potential new customers through outbound sales efforts.
  • Follow up on warm inbound leads, build relationships with customers using a consultative approach
  • Handle a high volume of sales interactions, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats.
  • Offer tailored solutions to meet clients’ needs after understanding what they are looking for
  • Consistently achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
 Skills & experience required.
  • Experience in an outbound B2B sales role
  • Proven track record of delivering the full sales cycle, including closing sales and achieving sales targets
  • Experience using a consultative approach to understand and sell to customers
  • Self-motivated, agile, and open to change
