- Lead a small but growing team of Business Development Managers to deliver individual, team and company targets.
- Daily management of the team including 121’s, quarterly performance reviews, coaching, recruitment and daily support.
- Business Development – Proactively seek new clients to contribute to team target but also individual target. Manage the full sales process and support the team with the same as required
- Maximise business opportunities by following best practices
- Hold quarterly sales team meetings
- Reporting into the MD, work with the Senior Leadership team on company strategy and driving overall business revenue
- Work closely with external partners, accountants, brokers and lenders.
- Proven sales leadership experience in a Financial Services company.
- Track record of successful delivery in a high-pressure role.
- Ability to manage a team whilst contributing to a team target.
- Excellent people management skills, experience with managing remote BDM’s ideal.
- Track record of recruiting sales candidates and onboarding into teams successfully
- Knowledge of Financial Services, in particular lending.
- Full driving licence
- Salary of up to £70,000
