Your New CompanyA leading organisation dedicated to providing specialist support for individuals with complex needs and autism, ensuring they live fulfilled and happy lives. This organisation is committed to person-centred approaches and values-driven support, aiming to enhance the quality of life for those they serve.Your New RoleYou will lead and manage person-centred support, develop and sustain support networks, and ensure individuals have choice and control in their lives. Responsibilities include managing housing support, overseeing performance and quality assurance, conducting behaviour analysis, and becoming a Positive Behaviour Management (PBM) trainer. You will also support new employees through induction and training, manage financial resources, and ensure team wellbeing. Additionally, you will be an active member of the Complex Behaviour and Autism Community of Practice and complete peer reviews.What You Will Need to Succeed

  • Strong understanding of person-centred support and positive behaviour support plans.
  • Excellent communication and advocacy skills.
  • Experience of managing housing support, financial resources, and team development.
  • Commitment to reflective practice and continuous improvement.
  • Relevant qualifications (QCF level 4/5, BTEC in PBS) and willingness to become a PBM trainer.
  • The ability to lead and role model best practices, coach team members, and work effectively across various teams.
