Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 DOE + Commission

As the South Wales office continues to grow, they are eager to add several new Recruitment Consultants, from entry to experienced levels, covering both Temp and Perm desks. T
his opportunity offers a full 360-recruitment experience, managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
You will develop:
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in appropriate roles, while managing expectations and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
• Overseeing the complete recruitment cycle, including business development, candidate engagement, and successful placements.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to quickly build rapport.
• Recruitment Experience: At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, open to candidates from all sectors.
• Business Development Skills: Proven success in securing new business and expanding existing client relationships.
• Driven and Self-Motivated: A proactive, success-driven mindset.
• Confident and Personable: Engaging and approachable, with a great sense of humour.
• Driving License: Must hold a full driving license and have access to a car for regular client visits.
