We are currently looking for a Relief Chef Supervisor to join our team. The role involves covering sites at HMP Parc in Bridgend, HMP Erlestoke in Devies, HMP Wymott in Leyland, and providing additional support to other sites as needed. Ideally, you should be based in South Wales and be willing to travel, as overnight stays may be required.

The successful candidate will work in prison kitchens, collaborating with prisoners to help in the production and cooking of food for up to 2000 prisoners. The Relief Chef will be responsible for preparing basic quality foods according to a pre-ordered menu. Working alongside a team of Chefs, you should be motivational, have a positive outlook, and pay excellent attention to detail.

It's essential for the candidate to be flexible and have their own reliable transportation with business insurance.

This is a full-time permanent role without a rota system, as it is intended to cover holidays, sickness, and various sites.

Job Responsibilities:
- Working in a large kitchen or multiple kitchens with a team of Chefs and Assistants
- Ensuring tasks are appropriately allocated and food preparation activities are delivered using standard recipes and in line with Aramark brand standards
- Responsible for the efficient execution and delivery of all food line products in line with the daily menu
- Maintaining the integrity of Aramark's food offer and ensuring food quality and integrity of items at all times
- Accountable for stock flow and rotation of products within the unit

Requirements:
- Chef experience
- Your own reliable transportation with business insurance
- Must have lived in the UK for 5+ years
- Must be able to pass security vetting
- Flexible team player willing to travel and stay overnight if required
