Position: Town Planner Location: Bridgend, Wales

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis to support planning projects.
- Prepare planning reports, assessments, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with local authorities, stakeholders, and communities.
- Assist in the development of urban planning strategies.
- Participate in public consultations and meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning or a related field.
- Relevant experience in town planning.
- Strong knowledge of planning regulations and legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in GIS and other planning software (preferred)
