To be successful in applying for the role of Architectural Technologist, you will need to have significant experience working as a Technologist within a UK practice, as well as having a proven background in managing projects throughout their construction lifecycle. The successful individual will need to be able to demonstrate proficiency with Revit, as well as needing to have a relevant higher education qualification within Architectural Technology.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- Degree within Architectural Technology
- Strong post qualification experience within a UK practice
- Proficient with Revit
- Strong UK building regulations knowledge
- Experience managing projects within the residential sector
- CIAT registered would be desirable
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience working across all RIBA work stages
- Strong technical detailing and design skills
- Job running experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
