Your new company is a well-established organisation based in the heart of Bridgend. My client is seeking an organised and dedicated individual to join their team. They are seeking a candidate who can start the role as soon as possible on a temporary basis with the potential of the role to be made permanent.
Your new role
Your new role as Service Administrator will be a varied role and your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Handling email and telephone correspondence in a professional manner
- Work with great attention to detail
- Complete data entry tasks
- Minute taking
- General administrative duties such as filing, photocopying and scanning
- Use problem-solving skills
- Complete audits and reviews
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an experienced administrator who can effectively manage their own workload within a busy environment. They will be an individual who is proactive and possesses great communication skills, both verbal and written. Further to this, the successful candidate must be capable of multitasking and be adaptable to changes. The successful candidate will be an individual who is available to start at short notice.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a competitive hourly rate between 13 - 13.50. In addition, you will receive 33 days' holiday, including bank holidays. You will be working full-time, Monday to Friday and have the opportunity to join a fantastic organisation on a temporary basis with the potential to be made permanent.
