Our client, a leading UK-based global business, is seeking a Group Financial Accountant to join their finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior management and make a key contribution to the company's continued success. You will be involved in all aspects of the Group's financial activities, playing a pivotal role in supporting the company's strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities of the Group Financial Accountant:

Prepare monthly Group summary information and report on Group performance.
Lead the compilation of budgets, forecasting, and other financial plans.
Control Group cash flow within defined parameters.
Prepare monthly and quarterly consolidated management information and covenant calculations for banking purposes.
Prepare the annual Group consolidated statutory accounts.
Plan, perform, and report on internal audit procedures.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and policies.

Key Requirements:

Qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA).
Strong technical background with group experience.
Advanced Excel skills and a good knowledge of financial systems.
Proven ability to influence decision-making with quality analysis and clear communication.
A hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
