Your new role
The job of the Financial Accountant is a varied one. The ideal candidate would be responsible for delivering support to the European businesses of the group. This will involve supporting the month-end process along with financial and statutory reporting and the group policy compliance of the business. Other duties for the role will involve.
- VAT reconciliation
- Intercompany reconciliation
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Foreign exchange
- Accruals and prepayments
- Journals
- Liaising with SMT for accounting related issues
- Calculation of provisions
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have good systems knowledge, and they will be comfortable working in a Financial Accounting role.
