Senior Associate - Trusts and Estate Planning

An outstanding opportunity has emerged for a Senior Associate with a minimum of 6 years PQE to join a dynamic Trusts and Estate Planning team at a prominent legal firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Trust Establishment:
    • Advising clients on the establishment of family trusts for tax planning, estate planning, and other purposes.
    • Preparing comprehensive trust deeds and ancillary documents.
  2. Trustee Support:
    • Assisting family members in understanding and fulfilling their duties and responsibilities as trustees.
    • Providing guidance on the advantages of appointing professional trustees.
  3. Trust Management:
