Your new companyThis company is an established charity that provides a range of specialist abuse support services to women, men & children across the West Midlands region. Their holistic, trauma informed support enables victims to escape violence and abuse, cope with trauma and build resilience.Your new roleThis charity receives a high volume of referrals requiring advice & guidance as well as specialist support. Your job role as the Referral & Advice Manager will be to manage and oversee all referrals into the service, ensuring that yourself and the team are accurately recorded and processed in order to meet triage service within specific timeframes. Working closely with the Chief Executive & other senior management, you will contribute to the development of the overall domestic violence service. What you'll need to succeedThe role of managing the referrals & advice requires a lot of attention to detail on systems & processes associated with the management and support of victims of violence and abuse, excellent interpersonal skills, focus on commitment to exploring the experience of victims.
