The Opportunity:Nigel Wright Group has been appointed to support a key repeat client, with their search for a Head of Field Sales.  The company is an established market leader in the manufacture and supply of bonded laminate panels that are used in doors, kitchens, hotels, furniture, offices etc and has plans to drive strong growth and market share in the coming years.Role Profile:
  • Leading the UK wide field sales team and driving KPI performance.
  • Focussing on growth in key product categories, whilst leveraging the full group product offering.
  • Maintain and grow market intelligence and awareness of industry trends.
  • Management, coaching and ongoing development of the field sales team.
  • Identifying opportunities to develop new product categories and top open up new product categories and / or sales segments.
  • Key customer management to maximise long-term commercial relationships and to prevent customer churn.
  • Reporting upline on forecasts, pipeline and market opportunities.
Person Specification:
  • Previous sector experience in laminate bonded panels.
  • A strong track record in field sales team management and driving profitable growth.
  • Ideally located in the Midlands, however the role is remote and market based, so there is flexibility for candidates with highly relevant sector backgrounds.
