- Leading the UK wide field sales team and driving KPI performance.
- Focussing on growth in key product categories, whilst leveraging the full group product offering.
- Maintain and grow market intelligence and awareness of industry trends.
- Management, coaching and ongoing development of the field sales team.
- Identifying opportunities to develop new product categories and top open up new product categories and / or sales segments.
- Key customer management to maximise long-term commercial relationships and to prevent customer churn.
- Reporting upline on forecasts, pipeline and market opportunities.
- Previous sector experience in laminate bonded panels.
- A strong track record in field sales team management and driving profitable growth.
- Ideally located in the Midlands, however the role is remote and market based, so there is flexibility for candidates with highly relevant sector backgrounds.
