Partnering with a global Automotive organisation, seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst with Workday experience.This organisation is going through a significant period of growth following a recent acquisition, this person will play a crucial part in their Workday implementation programme, focusing on harmonising and optimising HR processes.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed process maps and models using BPML and Visio.
  • Collaborate closely with HR experts and stakeholders to understand existing processes and gather requirements.
  • Support the harmonisation of HR processes across the organization, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for new and revised processes.
  • Continuously improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Engage with stakeholders to validate process designs and gather feedback.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in process modelling (BPML & Visio)
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and policies, particularly harmonisation and standardisation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex process requirements into clear and actionable models
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Experience with additional process modelling/workflow tools.
