Business Development Manager - Logistics

Office setup: Remote + UK and occasional EU travel.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 DOE

Commission: Uncapped

You’ll be part of an energetic and well-balanced team specialising in spare parts logistics for a range of industries across the UK and EU markets. This role provides an incredible opportunity for growth and offers you a lot of autonomy and decision-making in strategic business development.

What are your responsibilities:

  • Identify market trends, demands, and potential opportunities in spare parts logistics.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the business in distribution and logistics.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth by meeting and exceeding your personal and group targets.
  • Work directly with clients to provide tailored logistics solutions for spare parts delivery, warehousing and supply chain management.
  • Work on cross-border acquisitions across the whole of the UK and EU.

What is your skill set:

  • Mandatory: At least 5+ years of experience in Business Development within spare parts and aftermarket logistics, along with 10+ years of expertise in the logistics industry.
  • Experience in logistics sales related to automotive, pharma, high-tech, agriculture, telecoms, or HVAC sectors.
  • Strong skills and knowledge in tools like Cognism, ZoomInfo, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset focused on achieving sales and value-driven goals.
