Job Description:

• Recruiting for an Internal Sales Account Manager to manage a portfolio of small dealer customers in an internal sales role.
• Manage a portfolio of existing smaller indirect customers, making use of virtual ways of working maintain and develop relationships.
• Cross/up-sell service contracts including renewals to existing customers.
• Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
• Work closely with marketing to develop and implement campaigns to increase sales.
• Use virtual media to meet with, demo equipment and train/instruct customers on the use of machines.
• Aid with lead generation and lead qualification.
• Respond to customer enquiries, negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority.

Key Skills/Experience Required:

• Experience in sales or within a customer service role would be required.
• Knowledge of service contracts would be high advantageous.
• Excellent customer service skills and relationship building capabilities.
• Excellent negotiation skills and communication skills is a must.
• The ability to plan your own diary and develop existing relationships as well as looking for new business opportunities.
• Be technology literate and able to work across social media and e-commerce.

Salary/Benefits Information:

• Basic of £28,000.
• Commission.
