We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team. Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets within the designated region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with electrical wholesalers, installers, and trade businesses.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Provide product training and support to customers as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Proven experience in sales within the fire and security industry.
- In-depth knowledge of fire products and related safety regulations.
- Demonstrated success in selling to electrical wholesalers, installers, and trade businesses.
- Strong B2B sales experience with a focus on new business development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
