I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join a business based in Coventry (CV5) on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is a hybrid Credit Control role that offers the opportunity to take full ownership of your ledger working autonomously to achieve targets. In this position, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end credit control process, managing collections, conducting credit assessments, setting credit limits, and maintaining accurate customer account records. You'll also focus on reducing debtor days, improving cash flow, and resolving disputes with both internal and external stakeholders. To be successful, you'll need a solid background in credit control, including experience with aged debt management and a proven ability to streamline processes. This role is perfect for a proactive, forward-thinking individual who thrives on driving efficiencies and making an impact.
