Location: Midlands (Hybrid - 2+ days per week)Salary: Competitive remuneration
This long established and leading brand, is looking to recruit a Head of Marketing with a focus on driving commercial growth and leading a digital-first transformation across sales and marketing.
The Opportunity
My client is looking for a commercially driven leader who can shape and execute strategy across sales, marketing, and customer experience. With P&L responsibility for a multimillion-pound turnover and a team of over 15 people, the successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering growth, enhancing customer engagement, and optimising performance across the commercial function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales, marketing, and customer service team
- Own and deliver the sales and marketing strategy, with full P&L accountability
- Drive the shift towards a digital-first marketing approach, leveraging tools such as SEO, PPC, CRM, social media, and performance marketing
- Embed a data-led approach to decision-making, improving sales efficiency and marketing ROI
- Champion a customer-first culture across all touchpoints and service interactions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure commercial alignment and operational effectiveness
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven leadership experience in a senior marketing and sales role
- Strong background in digital marketing and performance-led campaigns
- Demonstrated success in driving commercial performance and leading large teams
- Hands-on approach with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
