Job Purpose:
You’ll be shaping the development of the B2C marketing strategy to elevate our portfolio of brands across the UK. This role is critical in growing our brand presence, driving B2C customer engagement, increasing our customer base, and ensuring alignment with our overarching strategic goals.
The successful candidate will be a senior B2C marketing professional with a proven track record of setting the marketing strategy and creative direction for similar products within the furniture and homewares sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a full-funnel B2C marketing strategies across our product ranges, growth marketing, and e-commerce, driving revenue and growth, including budget and KPI setting.
- Work closely with brands within the group to understand our products and target audience.
- Drive customer-centric campaigns, and leverage data and insights to continuously optimise marketing efforts to grow the B2C customer base.
- Manage the customer CRM strategy to enhance customer experience and retention.
- Work in partnership with in-house marketing teams to drive and enable effective marketing activation with B2C customers.
- Advise the Board of Directors on the Go-To Market plan and strategy.
Experience, skills and qualifications:
- Previous experience at a strategic marketing level within a relatable B2C homewares sector is a requirement.
- Strong track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and brand awareness.
- Experience in managing a marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, and delivering results within budget constraints.
- Highly knowledgeable in B2C Marketing through ecommerce channels.
- Used to working across a range of brands and product ranges.
