We are seeking a skilled E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in e-commerce platforms and website management to help us enhance our digital presence. If you have a proven background in e-commerce, with a hands-on approach to website optimisation and digital marketing, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Platform Management: Take full ownership of our e-commerce platform (Shopify, Magento, or similar), ensuring the website runs efficiently, integrates seamlessly with other systems (payment gateways, inventory, shipping), and delivers a smooth shopping experience.

Website Management & Optimisation: Regularly update and manage the e-commerce website, including product listings, promotions, and content. Oversee the user journey and continually optimise the site for speed, mobile responsiveness, and conversion rate improvements.

Digital Marketing & SEM Strategy: Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, and content marketing, aimed at driving traffic, boosting online sales, and enhancing brand visibility.

Home Delivery Solutions: Manage and optimise home delivery solutions to ensure our customers receive reliable, cost-effective, and fast delivery options, with a focus on improving the post-purchase experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the business, including IT, customer service, and marketing, to ensure alignment between website functionality, marketing efforts, and customer experience goals.

Website Analytics & Reporting: Analyse website performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar to track user behaviour, sales trends, and digital marketing effectiveness. Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to improve the user experience and achieve business objectives.

Continuous Improvement: Stay on top of industry trends and emerging e-commerce technologies, making recommendations for new tools, platform enhancements, or digital marketing strategies that will improve performance.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in e-commerce with a strong background in managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.) and web management.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content creation with a clear understanding of how to drive traffic and increase conversions.
  • Experience with home delivery solutions and managing logistics integrations into the e-commerce workflow.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, including product catalog management, payment gateways, shipping integrations, and customer experience.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and use data to drive decisions and optimize digital marketing efforts.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (IT, customer service, marketing, etc.).
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and web analytics platforms like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Ads, or similar tools.
