Our client is looking for a proactive, organised, and dedicated Personal Assistant to join them on an interim basis until at least April 2025 with a view to extend beyond this.You need to be an experienced PA with excellent written and verbal communication, strong organisational skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Flexibility, confidentiality, and a commitment to delivering high-quality support are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Complex diary and email management, ensuring seamless communication and timely responses
Preparing and organising meeting materials, including agendas, minutes, and action tracking
Drafting briefing notes and presentations to support the Director’s meeting preparation
Acting as a gatekeeper, balancing priorities to maximize the time of senior leaders
