£ Six figure Salary + Options

As a result of this growth, the company is now seeking an exceptional CFO to join the board and SMT, providing vital support and strategic input to the CEO. Responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the company’s financial, administrative, risk and legal duties.

  • Review and commentary on monthly Group IFRS management accounts and presentation to the Board.

  • Responsibility for preparation/review of the annual budget and 3 year forecast.

  • Leading dialogue with the Chair of the Audit Committee and external auditors

  • Leading, developing and growing a finance team ensuring best practice.

  • Developing robust financial and tax strategies, ensuring effective internal controls are in place.

  • Advising CEO on fundraising plans and capital structure matters.

  • Supporting the CEO with Investor relations and roadshows etc.

To be considered for this rare and exciting opportunity with exceptional growth potential, you will already be a proven CFO with experience and exposure to PLC or AIM listed environments. You will have a blend of commercial and technical experience, helping to develop business and investment strategies and having a real input into commercial and strategic decisions. Previous experience in fundraising and capital generation strategies would be very useful in a role providing vital support to the CEO.

You will be able to demonstrate a clear track record of genuine achievement and success in previous positions and will enjoy being involved in a team based culture, fully utilizing your ability to lead from the front.

A "hands on" attitude will also be needed in a role that will fully utilize your ability to grow, motivate and develop a market leading team
