I am currently recruiting for a well-known billion pound turnover manufacturing business in Wolverhampton. Due to expansion within the team, my client requires an ambitious Qualified Accountant to come on board, working directly underneath the Financial Reporting Manager, with the opportunity to step up into this role in the next 18 months.
My client is looking for an intelligent, well-rounded individual to work within a fast paced team as a Senior Finance Manager, managing a small team and focusing on the technical side of of the finances.
If you have prior experience within a manufacturing or aerospace company that would be advantageous however candidates with a strong academic background and a minimum of four year's accountancy experience will still be considered
Ideally you will;
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified with experience in manufacturing would be ideal working with a site based business
- Be able to work within a fast paced environment and be driven to hit essential deadlines and targets
- Be able to compile year end accounts in the UK and US, and work closely with the external auditors
- Manage a team of training accountants, currently studying ACCA
