Are you a seasoned finance professional with a track record of delivering integration projects in fast-paced, private equity-backed environments? Our client - a rapidly scaling business operating on a buy-and-build model is seeking an Interim Financial Integration Lead to steer multiple acquired entities through the critical stages of financial, system, and process integration.

Key Responsibilities:* Lead the financial integration of several unintegrated businesses post-acquisition* Clean, structure, and harmonise complex data sets (advanced Excel skills essential)* Navigate and influence senior stakeholders across finance and operations* Work closely with internal and external teams on systems and process integration* Identify risks and inefficiencies, and implement robust, scalable solutions* Support the business in adapting to cultural and operational change* Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous, fast-moving environments

Ideal Candidate:* ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified* Proven experience in financial and operational integration within PE-backed businesses* Strong data handling and Excel capabilities - confident working with complex financial models and data sets* Gravitas and credibility to work with C-suite* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
