Description
- Oversee and manage all tax and treasury operations within the organisation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Implement strategic tax planning initiatives to optimise the organisation's tax position.
- Manage cash flow and liquidity of the organisation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external tax and treasury advisors.
- Prepare and present tax and treasury reports to senior management.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the tax and treasury functions
Profile
A successful Tax & Treasury Manager should have:
- Relevant educational qualifications in Tax, Finance, or a related field.
- Profound knowledge of corporate tax issue and the ability to develop new technical skills .
- Proficiency in strategic tax planning and process improvements.
