The Role:
- Build working relationships with Sales & Operations team members
- Act as a liaison between employees, management, and external parties involved in the TUPE process
- Maintain open lines of communication and ensure consistent messaging
- Onboard TUPE employees onto HR system
- Ensure all HR processes are followed correctly and efficiently
- Manage any HR related queries or issues that arise
