HR Service Manager

Duration: 3 months rolling - temp to perm opportunity

On site: 2-3 day per week ideally - West Midlands

Rate: Negotiable hourly rate (inside IR35)

Responsibilities

  • As a member of the Workforce Services Leadership Team, ensure the delivery of the Our People Strategy and our Service Offer to customers to enable our organisational vision and outcomes to be achieved
  • Manage both the strategic and the delivery element of the role, to ensure our services are fit now and for the future
  • Responsible for the implementation and delivery of relevant people solutions, interventions, and work collaboratively across the service to achieve the desired outcomes
  • Delivery of a legally compliant and effective payroll service paying approximately 33,000 across 40 different customers
  • Manage the MHR HR and payroll system contract to ensure smooth delivery of our service
  • Ensure that the MHR system hierarchy is maintained and is enabling for the organisation
  • Manage the other workforce related systems including our CRM system Hornbill and telephony system Five9
  • Responsible for the service improvement team and the data and intranet requirements for the wider workforce service

Requirements

  • Must have MHR I-Trent experience (Please note you will not be considered if you do not have this experience)
  • Leading / coordinating projects defining requirements, with developed skills in project management
  • Evidence of designing, developing, and delivering a broad range of HROD products and solutions to meet organisational need
  • Evidence of HROD system management and development
  • CIPD Level 7 (Postgraduate degree) Chartered member of CIPD or equivalent payroll related qualification and membership
