The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified with experience of working in a manufacturing environment.Commutable from: Dudley, Wolverhampton, Cannock, Stourbridge, Kidderminster, Redditch, Birmingham Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 p.a. Suitable for: HR Officer, HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, Senior HR Officer, Senior HR Generalist, HR Manager The Role Reporting to UK HR Manager you will have the following duties:-As part of the Senior Management team, you will ensure that the plant meets the annual budget and contribute to strategic decisions.-You will be responsible for headcount in line with the business requirements from their automotive customers.-Ensure effective employee relations in line with business requirements via the Union. -Conduct periodic audits on time & attendance and payroll systems. -Conduct disciplinary and grievance meetings at dismissal level.
