This new and influential role will be vital in shaping the delivery of our People Strategy and supporting the next phase of our organisational development.

Your new roleAs part of Sandwell Council's HR service, you'll lead in three key areas: HR Business Partnering, Learning and OD Business Partnering, and HR casework within our consultancy team. You'll work flexibly across various projects and workstreams, playing an essential role in shaping the future of Sandwell Council.Your responsibilities will include:*Driving forward the delivery of our People Strategy (2024-2027).*Leading on organisational change, restructures, and workforce planning.*Developing impactful learning and development interventions.*Supporting Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion priorities.*Offering expert HR advice and guidance across a range of key HR initiatives.What you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate should have experience within a similar HR role including business partnering and organisational change, and be able to demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
