As an HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a professional, efficient, and people-focused HR service to our workforce. You will work closely with managers and employees, providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of HR. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact.

Responsibilities Included:

  • Managing the Request to Recruit (RTR) process to ensure compliance and timeliness.
  • Coordinating recruitment activities, from job specification creation to interview scheduling and candidate screening.
  • Overseeing global onboarding materials and delivering a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Coaching line managers on low-level employee relations cases and supporting with ER meetings.
  • Conducting audits and maintaining HR policies to ensure compliance with employment laws
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
  • Partner with line managers to drive engagement, retention, and people development strategies.
  • Drive HR initiatives, including well being, diversity & inclusion, and employee engagement programs.
  • Support HR projects such as workforce planning, organisational change, and policy development.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies, keeping up to date with legislative changes.
  • Manage HR administration, including contracts, onboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills and Attributes:

  • CIPD L3 Qualified as a minimum
  • Minimum of 3 years within a HR role
  • Experienced preferably within a manufacturing or similar industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and solid experience with HR systems such as Workday.
  • Basic understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, solution-focused approach with the confidence to challenge and support stakeholders.
  • Experience using HR systems and analysing HR data to inform decision-making.
