You’ll understand the end-to-end software development lifecycle and assist the business in applying both iterative and Waterfall methodologies effectively. You’ll collaborate closely with Developers and Testers, ensuring requirements are understood and align to solution outcomes.   • An experienced Business Analyst, you’ll be an effective communicator, and be confident engaging with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Guidewire insurance system experience
  • You’ll be a great team player and demonstrate adaptability and flexibility when required.
  • You’ll confidently engage with business sponsors, project teams and vendor resources to ensure project and business objectives are met.
  • Meticulous and analytical in your approach, you’ll clarify the impact of proposed solutions to establish costs, risk and options, and present appropriate recommendations in a concise, traceable, and flexible manner.
  • Delivering Business Analysis services across the full business change lifecycle.
  • The end-to-end software development lifecycle (iterative and Waterfall methodologies).
  • Process documentation and engineering (UML and/or BPMN notations).
  • Requirements elicitation and management (functional and non-functional).
  • Conducting impact assessments for complex business changes.
  • Working within an insurance or financial services environment and experience coaching and mentoring more junior team members is essential for the more senior roles available.
