LHH have partnered with one of the UK's leading real estate developers are looking to expand their legal team, with an experienced solicitor specialising in construction law (non-contentious).

This position will report into the Legal Director and will have great exposure to the business, getting to liaise with a variety of stakeholders and be the subject matter expert within construction law.

The day to day role will involves focusing on construction law matters, relating to:

  • JCT contracts predominantly (design & build)
  • Property development including collaborating with designers
  • Collateral warranties
  • Contractor and sub-contractor warranties
  • Company guarantees
  • Reviewing / amending Ts & Cs for site reports
  • Partnering with the business on key projects
  • Client facing and being the subject matter expert

The role is on a full-time, hybrid basis and we are looking for someone to be onsite 3 days a week.

The legal team are embedded in the business, involved from project conception through to completion .
