In-House Legal Counsel (Part-Time, 3 days per week - 12 Month FTC)

We are currently seeking an experienced In-House Legal Counsel for a 12 month fixed-term contract, to support a dynamic and fast-paced business with a particular focus on general commercial contracts and data protection.

This is a part-time position (3 days per week), remote, with the need to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on a broad range of commercial contracts, including supplier and customer agreements, NDAs, and SaaS contracts.
  • Provide practical and commercially focused advice on data protection compliance, including drafting and reviewing data processing agreements and privacy notes.
  • Assist with internal compliance programmes, including supporting on GDPR and UK data protection law.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with demonstrable experience supporting general commercial matters.
  • Capable of negotiating contracts and DP schedules independently.
  • Available to start immediately.
