Panoramic Associates are working with a local authority in the Midlands in the search for an Information Governance Lawyer to join the client's team on a contract basis, offering hybrid working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide client-focused, high-quality, and responsive specialist legal advice, assistance, and representation to the Council on all aspects of Information Governance law.
- Advise on Data Protection legislation, GDPR compliance, Freedom of Information requests, Data Subject Access Requests, DPIAs, and Information Sharing Agreements.
- Offer legal advice and operational support to the Data Protection Officer and Information Compliance team.

- Rate: £50-£55 per hour
