We are assisting a highly reputable law firm in the West Midlands who are seeking an IP Secretary to join their energetic team.

This role would be ideal for a candidate with existing IP experience within trade marks. In addition to trade mark knowledge, you would also need strong secretarial skills. A CITMA Admin qualification would be excellent, however this isn’t essential.

Duties would be wide-ranging within this role and would include:

  • Docketing.
  • Maintenance of IP case records on the firm’s system.
  • Noting significant deadlines.
  • Diary Management.
  • Acknowledging emails from clients / IPOs and preparing accurate responses.
  • Minute Taking.
  • Preparing legal documents.
